As always, I was looking for a new face wash. I did want to repurchase the Garnier one that I had been using but couldn’t find it and this. Toggle caught my eye. Since. I love the skin perfecting miracle cleansing oil, I thought I’d give this one a go.
It’s a purifying gel wash for combination to oily skin. It says it Removes impurities, helps unblock pores and reveals fresh clean skin
I use this wash both morning and night and it does feel really nice on the skin. It lather up so easily and you only need a small bit as a little goes a long way. It gives your skin a deep cleanse, without being too harsh.
It has helped to clear up my skin, but at the moment I’m having a really bad breakout which is upsetting. It has really helped control the oils on my face too, which I find is necessary with facial products.
It does leave your skin feeling fresh and clean and works really well for it’s price!

Although the month of June wasn’t my strongest blogging month, I’ve pushed everything aside today to do some planning! I did try out a bunch of new stuff in June, which are benefits of working in a shopping centre. Without further ado, I’ll dive on in.
Firstly there’s the Elvive Fibrology trio, which aren’t altogether in the picture but it’s the shampoo, conditioner and serum. I got samples of this line in my goody bag from the mini marathon and loved how my hair felt afterwards! These were 3 for €13 in Boots so I had to pick them up. I know they have the shampoo and conditioner on sale in Tesco too. They’re supposed to make your hair thicker after a time using them,so I can’t say if that works just yet but hold out for my review of these coming soon!
Aussie’s Miracle Hair Insurance I adore using leave in conditioners on the ends of my hair because they tend to get extremely dry, even when I’m not using heat products. As with all Aussie stuff, this smells incredible and has done wonders for my hair!
L’OREAL Skin Perfecting Purifying Gel Wash I have really been enjoying this face wash this month. It’s fresh and leaves your skin so clean. It controls oils and helps with breakouts too!
Macadamia Oil Extract Body Butter I found this little gem in the bargain shop next door to where I work. It was only €2 but is the quality of a body shop body butter. I love it. It’s thick, feels luxurious, moisturises beautifully and smells amazing. What more could you want?
Max Factor Colour Adapt Foundation I was on the hunt for a foundation which would match my body better as it tanned. My foundation I had been using just for way too light and since my face has gotten a bit more tanned too, this makes it look like I have no foundation on! I am in love..
So that’s what I’ve been loving, how about you?

Body Shop Shea Shower Cream; I got this in my PowderPocket and wasn’t that thrilled with it. It didn’t exactly lather up at all. It feels nice on the skin and smells nice. I’m happy I didn’t rush to buy the full sized bottle after the first use, not that I was going to anyway *Shifts Uncomfortably* I would try another shower cream so I’m not going to knock the Body Shop just yet.
Soap & Glory the Righteous Body Butter; what can I say I adored this. I love all Soap & Glory products and this one wasn’t any different. Its scent is just amazing and I love it. My skin was always so silky and smooth whilst using this. I need to buy it again; can you tell I just love it?
Boots Extract Mango Body Butter; Another body butter I have loved. The scent of this is so Summery and fruity. This sinks into your skin so quickly and lovely. It leaves your skin so soft for days after the application, so it begins working after the first use. I’ll definitely be getting this again too!
Nivea Body Firming Oil; I don’t use this to tone up or anything, I use it on my stretch marks which are pretty much gone but it’s such a habit now. It sinks into the skin quickly and leaves you feeling so moisturised.
Dove Nutritive Solutions Daily Care Shampoo; my boyfriend uses Dove shampoo and conditioners and his hair always smells amazing. I bought this daily shampoo and it’s equally as lovely. It lathers up well, doesn’t leave any residue or build up on your hair and cleans it really well. It’s not drying, and my hair has been softer after use. What else would you want in a shampoo?
L’OREAL 15 Second Miracle Cleansing Oil; I adore this cleansing oil and sued it every day to remove make up and if I was too lazy to wash my face properly. I love, love, love this product. It feels so lovely, isn’t greasy and removes make up brilliantly. I will definitely be repurchasing this soon.
Athena Beaute Cotton Pads; What can I say about these? They were just cotton pads, were god to use, done the job and that’s about it..
La Rocha Posay Rosaliac Ar Intense; I got loads of these samples in my local pharmacy one day and this is so good for redness. Now redness isn’t something my skin usually suffers with, but I used this on blemishes, and the marks they leave when they’re gone and it worked wonders.
Soap & Glory Heel Genius; the skin on my feet get so dry and I love this product. I used it twice a day and my dry skin was gone, it was like magic. Summer ready feet in a tube! I need to get this again.
Oral B Sensitive Mouthwash; I’m really picky with mouthwash and I didn’t like this on at all. I won’t be repurchasing this at all.

After reading Joannaloves (http://joannaloves.com/2013/10/24/loreal-skin-perfection-3-in-1-purifying-micellar-solution/ ) review of this product I decided to but it, especially as I wanted to try the bioderma serum and this was supposed to be a good dupe of it.
It comes out of the bottle really fast, that shocked me the first time, so I was wary of that after that use. It is quite watery so I wasn’t sure how good it would work. I was surprised it did work quite well. It’s extremely gentle on the skin, and with no scent, and being alcohol free it would be perfect for people wit sensitive skin too.
It claims to remove make-up, unclog pores, remove impurities and tone and smooth the skin. It removes my make up quite well. I don’t particularly wear foundation or any other face makeup every day, unless I have spare time to get ready. It’s not that I don’t have time to do my makeup, I find my skin breaks out a lot less if I keep my face make up free. It removes my eye shadow and stuff fast, the only thing it doesn’t do well on is my waterproof mascara. I use Maybelline’s Rocket Volum and this mascara is extremely waterproof. I find I have to rub, a lot, on my eyelids to remove some mascara and in the end I just reach for my eye make up remover.
I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and I have noticed the condition of my skin getting better. I was breaking out a lot, but now it seems to be more under control. My skin is also a lot smoother too.
I really like this product and I think I will repurchase it when it’s done because it removes make up excellently.
